PHCC of the Redwood Empire
Plumbing Code Course:
Provides a comprehensive review of the latest plumbing code requirements for all skill levels utilizing the Uniform Plumbing Code Illustrated Training Manual.
- Course begins October 11, 2022
- 25 Week Course: Tuesday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 pm
- Location: Casa Grande HS, 333 Casa Grande Rd., Petaluma
- Hybrid Course Format: In-person & ZOOM Instruction

Plumbing Service & Repair Course:
Provides both hands-on and classroom training for Service & Repair Technicians. Students will learn to fix and troubleshoot many common plumbing problems.
- 10 Week Course: Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 pm

Apprenticeship Program
PHCC GSA PUAC offers a State & Federally approved Plumbing & HVAC/R Programs. The classroom instruction is conducted in two (2) week segments per year held at the PHCC PUAC Training Facility in Sacramento, CA. Students work for a contractor and are paid for their On-the-Job-Training. The sponsoring contractor pays the yearly enrollment fee. Students are taught all facets of plumbing and HVAC/R from residential, service & repair, to commercial construction.
Plumbing Apprentice E-Learning
The PHCC of CA Education Foundation offers plumbing apprentice eLearning courses for apprentices who need a non-traditional method of receiving their apprenticeship-related instruction. This program is recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment & Training Administration, Office of Apprenticeship, as a reasonable option for apprentice training.
