President's Message

    PHCC

From Pedro Femenia

Looking Forward to a Great Year

“I’m very glad to back as President of PHCC of the Redwood Empire and I’m really looking forward to a great year”, says Pedro Femenia of P. Femenia & Sons, a family-owned plumbing company located in Mill Valley.  Femenia has previously served as President and also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the PHCC of the Redwood Empire.

“Don’t be surprised if you get a phone call from me – I’m looking for your input, advice and ideas on how to make the PHCC of the Redwood Empire a better organization for our members”, says Femenia.  Some of the areas Femenia would like to improve and get feedback on are; acquiring new members, training courses that members need, better attendance at the monthly meetings and better and more interesting speakers at the meetings.

“We have a lot to offer to our current members and we have a lot to offer to those who could be members – like plumbing companies that need the excellent training we provide”, says Femenia.  The PHCC of the Redwood Empire has a number of experienced and highly talented members, such as Gene Burch, who is a training instructor, and Tom LeDuc, who has operated one the largest and most successful plumbing companies in the North Bay.  These members can also provide mentoring to new and younger members, who are seeking to grow their businesses and find success in the plumbing industry.

“We are looking to increase our membership and get more overall participation from within our organization”, says Femenia, “Those are the lifeblood elements of PHCC.”
